We encourage our employees to donate their time and volunteer at places where they are able to give back to society and the planet.

Globe Uniforms is committed to donating uniforms to charity institutes and those children who are unable to afford basic education and has been doing so since 2015.

Globe Uniforms strongly believes that every student should have access to school uniforms. We work in collaboration with numerous schools in the subcontinent to donate fresh uniforms for underprivileged students.

Our environmental commitment programs & charitable partnerships have given us, as well as the institutions we partner with the opportunity to move towards a common agenda purpose of giving back & foster enduring relations.

Ethical labour practices

At Globe Uniforms we are committed to ethical fair trade practices to prevent the exploitation of workers or natural resources in the manufacturing of our garments.

We aim to produce high quality garments while ensuring the wellbeing of our employees and maintaining environmental sustainability. With our dedication to fair labor practices, safe working conditions and transparency throughout our supply chain, we strive to make a positive impact on both the people and the planet.

We reject discrimination based on gender, origin, or religion in hiring workers, and do not tolerate bullying or harassment. We ensure there is no debt-bonded or child labor in our supply chain and pay our staff livable wages.We provide all our employees with good working conditions. All our workers are given adequate  breaks and mealtimes and have access to help (medical or otherwise) should they need it.

We provide a safe working environment at all our facilities. We prioritize meeting health and safety standards to keep our accident and injury rates low.

We treat our staff with dignity and respect. We involve them in decision-making so that they have the provisions they need to live up to their full potential and provide access to help when needed.
